If you're serious about expanding your professional network, becoming a writer is an excellent investment in yourself. Whether freelance or a published writer, your skills will never be outdated. With the advent of the Internet, more people are looking for more unique content than ever before, which means that writing is becoming a more important part of the business community. This Business & Report Writing Training class will help you learn to market your talents, hone your writing skills, and get your foot in the door as a writer.

In this Business & Report Writing course, you gain fundamental understanding in business writing, learn effective writing techniques and utilize various writing applications to produce client-ready proposals, business proposals, executive summaries, marketing reports, and internal company communications. Each of the eight modules addresses key components of writing. These include an introduction, literature review, explanation of key terms, an introduction to research, argument and conclusion. The classes are broken into five units that range in difficulty, depending on the number of topics that students are expected to cover and how challenging the assignments are. Most of the modules require prerequisites, which are generally a basic grammar course and a good writing foundation.

After completing the core Business & Report Writing Training course, students can expect to work with a mentor and receive independent critique and feedback. They will also have the opportunity to present their completed projects for feedback. The Business & Report Writing Training program focuses on writing style, grammar, presentation, and other aspects of writing. Students will learn about using appropriate language, how to organize ideas in order to make clear and concise presentations, how to conduct proper research, how to write client reviews, how to prepare business proposals, and much more.

A second grammar course teaches advanced skills in business writing. Topics covered include how to perform grammar check on financial statements and presentations. Students also receive instruction on how to use tables, photos, charts, diagrams, lists, and graphs. The third business writing training module focuses on advanced business writing methods including persuasive writing and persuasive article writing. This course emphasizes article structure, focus, organization, delivery, and flow.

A fourth business writing training module takes students on a tour of several different business writing environments. Students are encouraged to speak with experienced writers and be able to make suggestions as to the best environments to work in. The fifth and final module of the Business & report Writing Training course provides students with an advanced business writing environment that includes editing and proofreading. This environment allows students to collaborate with others in a writing team environment and to polish their own writing. Students also receive instruction on creative writing techniques.

Business Writing Training is taught by professionals who know what they are doing. They have the resources to show students the best practices business people follow when writing. The result? Students will be able to identify their own best business writing skills and be able to apply these skills in their own written work.

Writing Training Online courses can help students achieve their goals.
